Information Collection
If you register as a Representative or purchase travel-related products and services from or through us, you may be required or requested to provide nonpublic personal information. Nonpublic personal information is any piece of information that can potentially be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate a single person including names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, social security and tax identification numbers, and credit card or other payment information.

Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Notice, as amended from time to time, we maintain full rights to any information collected on this website, and may freely collect and use such information, unless prohibited by applicable law. In the event of a change in control of Ultimate Choice Travel or a sale of its assets, any nonpublic personal information or other information owned by us may be transferred to such successor, but only if the successor remains bound by this Privacy Notice.

Ultimate Choice Travel collects nonpublic personal information about you only where and when we reasonably believe the information will be necessary or useful to provide you with the products, services or support you request from us or that may be of interest to you.

1. information you provide to us when you enroll to become a Representative,
2. information you provide to us when you purchase travel-related products or services from or through us,
3. information you provide to us to update your information,
4. and information you provide to us in other communications.

Representative Enrollment
In order to become a Representative, an applicant is required to provide nonpublic personal information. We use this information to maintain contact with the Representative as necessary pursuant to the Agreement and to prepare and file necessary non-employee compensation forms for the IRS.

Product and Service Purchases
We request nonpublic personal information from Representatives and customers when they purchase products or services from us. This information is used for billing and payment purposes and to fill orders. In the event Ultimate Choice Travel has trouble processing an order, that information is used to contact the Representative or customer.

Downline Genealogy Reports
As a network marketing company, Ultimate Choice Travel provides certain information to Representatives regarding the other Representatives enrolled in a Representative’s downline marketing organization. If you enroll as a Representative with Ultimate Choice Travel, your name, address, email address, and telephone number may be provided to your Sponsor and the Representatives immediately above your Sponsor. No other nonpublic personal information will be shared with other Representatives. Such information is made available to Representatives subject to a confidentiality and non-disclosure covenant in the Ultimate Choice Travel Policies and Procedures.

Aggregate Information and Cookies
We may collect, use and disclose information that is not nonpublic personal information (for example, we may keep track of, use or disclose aggregate statistics regarding the number of visitors to our website and other information that does not uniquely identify you). Typically, this data is gathered through the use of automated "cookies." Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that a website transfers to an individual's hard drive for record-keeping purposes to track site and user activity. The use of cookies is an industry standard and you will find most major websites use cookies. When travel-related products or services are purchased from or through us, we may be required to provide the applicable vendor with nonpublic personal information such as name, address, email address, telephone number, and payment information in order to permit the vendor to process the order. In most cases, however, such purchases are made directly through the third party vendor and all information is provided directly to the vendor, subject to the vendor’s privacy policies and practices. In addition, we have engaged third parties to provide specific services to Representatives. For example, when an applicant applies to become a Representative, we share the applicant’s name or other contact information with our outsourced fulfillment company so that they may deliver the corresponding welcome kits to him or her. Such third parties are under a strict contractual obligation to use confidential data only for those purposes for which they are hired and are not allowed to use nonpublic personal information except for the purpose of providing these services.

Our Former Representatives and Customers
Even after you are no longer a Representative of Ultimate Choice Travel or are a former customer of Ultimate Choice Travel, we continue to treat the information we have about you pursuant to this Privacy Notice.

Confidentiality and Security
Ultimate Choice Travel recognizes that the security of personal and financial information is important to our customers and Representatives. We are strongly committed to protecting the security of our customers and Representatives and their nonpublic personal information. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. Furthermore, our employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. They receive training about the importance we place on privacy and what they must do to ensure that your information is protected.


We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. For example, we store all customer and Representative information that we collect, in a personal digital profile on a secure server on a secure network. We also employ industry standards such as secure socket layers (SSL), firewalls, secure access computer facilities, and limited access servers to protect all of your nonpublic personal information. In addition, we use encryption to protect sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number) that you submit to us via our website.

Correcting Your Information
We have established procedures designed to ensure that your nonpublic personal information is as accurate and complete as possible, in accordance with reasonable commercial standards. As a Representative of Ultimate Choice Travel, you have the ability to log in and review your Representative information. If upon review, you determine information is incorrect, you may change that information or report the discrepancy to our Field Services Department. A customer may contact us to review and request changes to any of his or her nonpublic personal information that we have collected. In order to do so, a customer must send a written request (via email or regular mail) to Ultimate Choice Travel that includes the customer’s name, address and telephone number. After we have verified the customer’s identity, we will provide him or her with the requested information through a secure means and permit the customer to request any changes to that information.

Deleting Your Account
A Representative or customer may request that we delete his or her account, and all related personal information, at any time. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Ultimate Choice Travel will comply with all such requests in a timely manner, with considerations for dispute resolutions and other reasonable business issues that may add a brief period of time prior to the deletion of your account.

Children
Ultimate Choice Travel is committed to the safety of children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children at this site. Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to become Representatives or purchase products or services from us. By enrolling as a Representative or purchasing travel-related products or services from us, you represent to us that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
